I have had pandora since it came out. I pay for pandora plus and leave pandora on when I am working inside the shop. And I keep getting this click and hold prove not a bot every few hrs. It seemed start 3 weeks ago. I have to go click and sign in. Is there way to turn this off? I can leave my sirius xm on and not have any issues. Its just annoying.

I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble with this. Can you tell me more about the issue and your setup?

First I would like to confirm. From what you mention it seems like Pandora keeps logging you out every few hours, so you are required to do the verification thing so you can log back in. Is this correct?

Now, are you listening from:

A Mac or Windows computer?
Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
Is there an error message? Besides the click and hold.
- If yes, what exactly does it say?
- If not, tell me exactly what you see when you go to https://www.pandora.com
