Why does my pandora keep pausing and giving me error messages?

So, just question! Recently I have been listening to music, and it slowly turns into me pissed off, my laptop on the 5th restart with a pandora error message refusing to play music or just skips around through the playlist and stops playing sound after the first 10 seconds. I try not to get too upset, but when music is a must have for life to me, I really cannot just simply ignore it. Pandora has become a daily website I visit and listen to about an hour or two of music per day, so the music just pausing and having nothing to fix it kind of throws me out of swing. I'd love a fix or something I can do to fix this! I use the app on my ios sometimes, but usually it's on my laptop. I cannot use any other browser as I am forced to use bing/microsoft edge due to school limitations. Thanks!!

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your music skipping and stopping.

Can you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Is this particular issue happening only on your computer? Or does it happen on the phone too when you listen there?

Does this happen when you listen to Playlists, Stations, Podcasts or any other type of content?

Do you open Pandora from a saved marker or page? If this is the case, can you please tell me exactly what you see when you go to https://www.pandora.com using the link?

You also mentioned an error message. Can you please tell me what exactly does it say?
