Do you mean will the AirPods connect via Bluetooth or will you be able to control the Windows 10 app with your AirPods?

You should be able to connect your AirPods via Bluetooth to your computer. I'm able to do this on my Mac with my AirPods, however, I can't control playback like pause/resume or volume controls via the AirPods. You'll need to that through the computer.
