Thumbed Songs Are No Longer Thumbed

About three weeks ago, i noticed that Pandora is playing most of the songs that I had previously marked with Thumbs Up, but they are not being indicated as Thumb Up. I don't understand. I have more than 1300 selections marked Thumb Up, but about two-thirds of the music playing is not indicating my previous Thumb Up indication. Even more agravating is the fact that if I now mark something Thumb DOWN, the Now Playing list will not retain the thumb down - it just skips to the next song, so I don't know if Pandora is still tracking my favorites and rejects.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Thumbs. I've double checked with our User Support team, and you do have over 1500 thumbs associated with your account.

How are you listening when you experience this?

Windows or MAC computer?
Web browser? If so, which one?
Or, Pandora Desktop app?
