Hello,

I just logged on to my pandora and all the playlist but 3 (that I haven't used in a while) were gone. Kept my thumbs up list but no other playlist.

Sorry for any trouble with your tunes.

Looks like you have a free Pandora account. Playlists on Pandora are a feature of Pandora Premium.

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

Are you noticing this issue when you initiate a complimentary session of Premium?
Or, are you referring to your stations missing?

yes its a free account. I think I have always had a free account. It was my understanding that it was free with Ads. but I had the ability to have history with radio stations. Maybe they weren't playlists. But all my stations are gone.

You are correct, free Pandora is supported by advertisements.

Other listeners have mentioned similar issues with their stations disappearing in this thread: Stations missing (starting on 04/29/20)

Please try signing out of your account on your computer. Then, log back in.

Let me know if your stations are there after signing back in.

Opened Pandora app on my laptop and all of my favorites and playlists are gone, logged into the same account on my phone and everything is fine and normal.

Please help.
