Upgraded but Limited to 6 Skips on Desktop App

Works ok online but Pandora app on PC acts like it did before. limited to 6 ships per hour.

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

What is the wording of the messaging that pops up when you are unable to skip a track?
Can you provide me with a screenshot of the message you're seeing as well? (If you're not sure how to take a screenshot, just let me know and I'll be happy to provide you with some additional steps.
