    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm also having this issue. I'm on a Mac using Chrome. I'm on the My Collection screen. If I zoom out, I can see more of the list, but I can't scroll down to see the rest.       <title>Desktop App/Web - Scroll bar missing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue on a laptop with Windoows 10.&amp;nbsp; There is no slide on the right side of the screen, so I can only see the top line of all my stations, songs, etc.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I am accessing via link on my desktop.&amp;nbsp; When I look at details, it says I'm using Pandora Ink installed 12/13/19 and that I've had no previous versions.&amp;nbsp; I installed Pandora on this laptop months ago, so I'm baffled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It fixed the problem I wrote about, but caused another.&amp;nbsp; I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling.&amp;nbsp; Now Pandora automatically opened as a tab in Google Chrome and automatically logged me in.&amp;nbsp; There is, indeed, a slide over on the right side so I can scroll through my collections.&amp;nbsp; However, if I click on the Pandora logo for the app on my desktop or access it by scrolling through the index of programs, it takes me to the login screen, but won't accept my email and password, which I know is my correct&amp;nbsp; log-in.&amp;nbsp; I really would like to be able to access it without getting Google Chrome involved in the process.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. &lt;LI&gt;Are you able to scroll using your touchpad (from left to right)?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Also, are you using a web browser? If so, which one?&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Using the Pandora app for Windows 10. I'll just say I'm disabled, and I use a trackball (no scroll wheel), and an on-screen keyboard when absolutely necessary. Is this lack of scroll bar a conscious decision? Is there a setting somewhere?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the scroll bar.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I just checked on my MAC laptop and noticed the same thing for my web browser / desktop app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My setting was "Show scroll bar: Set Automatically based on mousepad or trackpad". I changed this to "Always" and am now able to see the scroll bar.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Since the photo above is from a MAC laptop, are you able to check your settings for your scroll bar options on your Windows computer?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;You can try:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Start &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Devices &amp;gt; Mouse and Touchpad&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;From here, you can click on additional mouse&amp;nbsp;options near the bottom&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
