all of a sudden the sound on pandora is like muzak the vocals are very low and music not great what happened?

Can give me a little more info about what's happening?

1. Are you listening from:

A Mac or Windows computer?
Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?

2. Is this happening on a all stations or a specific one?

Did you ever get your poor sound figured out? I too have the same issue. I have reinstalled the app several times on my iPhone. I pay for premium service and using on Mac also. Going to cancel and switch to something else if this sound quality is not fixed.

To clarify, you're experiencing poor sound quality on both your iPhone and Mac?

Are you using a web browser or the desktop app on your computer?

Also, are any error messages popping up?

Is there any distortion? Does this occur with all songs or just certain songs?
