Unable to Edit Custom Playlist on Desktop

I was attempting to rearrange one of my custom play lists and it is not working. I followed the instructions under "edit a playlist from our website"

This is on my desk top pc. Thank you

Which web browser are you using?
Or, are you using the Pandora Desktop app for Windows 10?
Do you receive any error messages when you attempt to edit your playlist?
Also, is this a My Thumbs Up playlist or a curated playlist? Or, did you create this playlist yourself? (Just want to clarify).

No Ma'am on the desktop app

No error messages

It is a playlist that I created.
