There is something wrong with Pandora. Every other website is working just fine on my network. I'm using Google Chrome - the same browser I've always used. It's also doing the same thing within the app on my phone while I'm driving. I have unlimited data - so there's no connection answer that makes sense. It's been doing this for a week.

mod edit: changed title for clarity

Hi there, @jrandallnd. 👋

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble listening. To keep the community space organized, I moved your post over to the Desktop section.

Trouble Listening on Chrome:

Let's try running through the standard troubleshooting steps here.

Another option is to try out a different web browser like Firefox, to see if the issue persists.

If the troubleshooting steps don't help, I can escalate your issue to email so that we can send over a diagnostic for your web browser. This will help us better determine what may be happening.

++

Trouble Listening on your Phone:

What is the make and model of your mobile device?

Have you experienced any error messages? If so, what does it say?

Let me know, and I can follow up with you. 🎧
