Songs Cut Off Before Finishing - Mac

I am contributing my experience with song cut offs too; i control my sonos to play pandora via my mac desktop or iphone. Its become a regular occurence in the middle of random songs, an ad will end it.
i have a free acct, not paying for subscription in case thats a factor. But it sounds like payers are exp some of the same.

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

Are you receiving any error messages when this occurs? If so, what exactly does it say?
Just to confirm, you're using the Sonos Controller app?
