post Editing Shuffle in Windows 10 & Chrome in Desktop

I have a 12 stations saved and I can use the shuffle to select certain stations. However, if I want to change that selection how do I do that. I seem to have the hardest time to make it use the new selection of stations. I have exited the browser and gone back in but it still plays the old section. (I have removed the Christmas stations, but it is still playing them). Sometimes, when I have done this before, clicking NEXT sometimes makes the shuffle stick, but not today.

It seems that there should be a SAVE button when you select the stations that you want it to shuffle.

I don't know if this is important, but on the Now Playing page, under "Shuffle Stations On" it shows stations that are NOT in my current shuffle selection. I can click the pencil and it takes me to my My Collection page, which shows the stations that I want it to play, but it is not playing them.

Hi, @dfgdfgdfgdfgdg. 👋

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble. I'd be happy to help offer some tips on how to shuffle your stations.

Shuffling from the Now Playing screen:

Free ad-supported or Plus listeners can find the option to shuffle your stations above the station list.

Shuffling from the My Collection page:

Free ad-supported or Plus listeners will first sort the collection by Stations and then select Shuffle Stations.

All tiers can switch between Shuffle All and a custom shuffle: just click the carat (down arrow) on the Shuffle On icon and choose either Shuffle All or Custom.

Customizing Shuffle Stations:

Stations with a blue shuffle icon will be included in the Shuffle rotation. Clicking on that icon will remove that station from your shuffle rotation.

You can customize the station included in your shuffle selection by:

Hovering over the Shuffle On icon which will appear on the Now Playing screen which will reveal a pencil icon.

Clicking the pencil icon will bring you to the My Collection page.

Check or uncheck each station to modify your shuffle experience, either in the bottom right corner of each stations' album art, or (if you're using A-Z sorting) to the right of the station name.

Premium listeners can navigate more easily when customizing the shuffle experience, by sorting the stations by Recent (date added), A-Z (alphabetical) or Time Listened using the caret on the far right of your screen.

To exit Shuffle, simply select and play an individual station.

++

In your situation, it seems like your shuffle selection doesn't stay.

Are you using a bookmark to access Pandora from your web browser?

If so, it should only be: https://www.pandora.com

If there is anything added onto to it (e.g., https://www.pandora.com/#/genres/top), then erase that. That is most likely the problem.

Let me know. 🎧
