Dead air when ads play

I get a pause in my music and it says, why ads but no ads play, it's just dead air, no music and no ads either, so why stop the music?

To clarify, does this happen whenever any advertisement attempts to play, or just a specific one?

Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

If you are on a computer, are you listening from:

A Mac or Windows computer?
Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?

If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
Can you provide me with a screenshot/screen-recording of what you're seeing?

It’s a windows desktop computer and there is nothing to show you by a screenshot, it’s the same as when playing a song but then the audio stops during the expected commercial.
