Android Has All my Old Stations but my PC only has three

Hello,

I was a devote premium Pandora user for many years and for whatever dumb reason a couple years ago I let my premium subscription lapse. My phone retained all my stations but my PC did not. I just reactivated my premium subscription and I want to see the same stations on my PC that I see on my phone.

How can I make that happen? Glenn
