Desktop: Playlist on Pandora Plus

Very confusing (albeit I am stupid when it comes to this). Trying to create a playlist on my new Pandora Plus account. When I tap the eilipsis below the album art, it does not give me the "add to playlist" option. Where do I even go to start one?

Sorry for any confusion. Creating personal playlists is a feature of Pandora Premium, not Plus. For more information about our different subscription options, please click here.
