Chrome: Two Songs Playing At The Same Time

After a long delay and a fresh webpage load, two different songs will play at the same time for me. Pressing pause will stop one of the songs, but there's still a song playing the background. I'm fairly savvy web-wise, any variables or logs you want me to collect on Chrome?

After a page refresh it goes away, but it's happened several times now so I'm pretty confident I can reproduce it at will.
