&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;For your Computer:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you using a MAC or Windows computer?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You mentioned reinstalling apps on both - just to confirm, are you using the Pandora Desktop App?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;For your TV device:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Could you share more information about your TV?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;What is the make and model of your TV?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Which internet / cable service provider do you use?&lt;/LI&gt;
