&lt;P&gt;First, I would recommend trying another web browser, such as FireFox,&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;this will help determine whether or not this issue is browser-specific.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR data-aura-rendered-by="5509:0" /&gt;&lt;BR data-aura-rendered-by="5509:0" /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;download Firefox&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noopener noreferrer" data-aura-rendered-by="5509:0"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P data-aura-rendered-by="4042:0"&gt;If you prefer Chrome, let's try these steps:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Popups and redirects&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Under allow make sure&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="http://pandora.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noopener noreferrer"&gt;pandora.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;is listed. If not listed, click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Add&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;and enter:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.pandora.com%2C/" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;https://www.pandora.com&lt;/STRONG&gt;,&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;then click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Add&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
