Desktop Pandora music skips like vinyl

My Pandora will start "skipping" and get stuck for a few minutes before shutting the Chromebook down. The longest I can listen without this happening is 10-15min.

Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

There is no error message.

The screenshot would be of a black/blank screen
