Desktop: Music Doesn't Play but Ads Do

I can get to Pandora on my iPhone, basement TV. But when I go to Pandora on my Mac Pro, it only plays volume on the ads. The music won't load or play. Any suggestions?

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

If you are on a computer, are you listening from:

Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?

Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

I've got the same problem. Pandora only plays ads and podcasts, no music. I'm using Firefox on your website and windows 10. I've reset Firefox but that didn't make any difference.
