Chrome: "Connection Timed Out" Error Message

Hello everyone, I've been having a weird problem for a few days. I actually have two notebooks, some websites perfectly open the first notebook, while others do not open the second one, also this website pandora.com/browse does not open there and finally received this message 'error connection timed out.'

Its my Chrome browser. I checked the browser cache and cleared it, but still the problem persisted. Has anyone else experienced this problem before? I would appreciate any help you can provide.

If possible, you could try using another browser like Firefox or Edge to determine whether this issue is browser-related.
