Unable to View Lyrics from Browser

It happens about 80% of the time I try to see more lyrics.

I moved your post over to the Desktop board to keep the community space organized.

I checked from my end, and I'm able to view those lyrics from the desktop app (on MAC) and from my web browser.

Here's a screenshot:

Looks like you're using Google Chrome.

Could you try out these steps to troubleshoot your browser?

Let me know if you're still unable to view these specific lyrics. 💻

I've also been experiencing this issue for quite some time, and I think the 3rd provided solution was the cure! Thank you!!

Quick reference for others:

Bypass the Pop-up Blocker for Pandora

Again, click the 3 vertical dots in the upper right, and select Settings.
Scroll down and click Advanced at the bottom.
Under Privacy and security, click Site Settings.
Click Popups and redirects. Under allow make sure pandora.com is listed. If not listed, click Add and enter: pandora.com, then click Add.

Lyrics no longer on my web app

About a couple of weeks, I noticed that lyrics are not shown any longer for any songs. I used to see lyrics for 99% of songs.

Is it just me?

Change by Pandora?

Other?

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
- A Mac or Windows computer?
- Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing? (If you're not sure how to take a screenshot, just let me know and I'll be happy to provide you with some additional steps.)

I'm on a Windows desktop computer at work. Up to date on updates.

There is no error message. The start of the lyrics are there, but when I click on the box for see more lyrics, it's blank.

It does show me all occasionally.

Let's try troubleshooting your web browser to see if this helps. Please select the troubleshooting steps for your specific browser below.

Something to note, If you are not able to view the lyrics, we don't have lyrics available for that track. Keep in mind, due to licensing restrictions, we are able to provide lyrics for some tracks but not others. If these restrictions change, lyrics that were once available may be removed or others may be added.

To view lyrics on a PC

If lyrics for the currently playing track are available on Pandora, then they will be displayed below the album art. You can click on See All Lyrics to view the full lyrics.

If you don't see lyrics there, we don't have lyrics available for that track.

C'mon Gerald - same useless canned response on multiple posts - really??!!!

How bout this? Update Pandora interface to remove the "See All Lyrics" button AND add a notation if they truly do not have the lyrics (e.g. "Lyrics are unavailable for this track. We apologize." What say ye? Savvy?

Due to licensing restrictions, we are able to provide lyrics for some tracks but not others.

If these restrictions change, lyrics that were once available may be removed or others may be added.
