unable to listen to any podcast on desktop. worked fine for a bit and stopped. any suggestions?

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble.

Could you share a bit more about how you're listening on your computer?

Windows or MAC?
Pandora Desktop app?
Or, are you using a web browser? Which one?
Have any error messages popped up when you attempt to play a podcast?
Are you able to listen to stations normally, or do you experience the same issue as when you attempt to listen to a podcast?

Error in playing podcasts

I can play music but not any podcasts. I get the error message "We are not able to play the podcast audio. Please try again later."

It used to play fine then one day...... nothing. Irritating, I just paid my yearly subscription fee 😞

I have completed everything suggested through troubleshooting. Restarted computer, cleared my browser, used Chrome and Safari, etc.

My favorite podcasts are Dave Ramsey Show and Something is Wrong. No podcast will play though. I have tried on my desktop computer at work and also on my phone. Neither works.

Sorry to hear that you're unable to play your podcasts on your computer.

It seems like you've already tried our troubleshooting steps for Chrome browsers and Firefox browsers.

To help investigate, I've enabled a trace on your account, in addition, can you let me know the following:

make and model of your computer,
does this error message pop up on all podcasts or just the Dave Ramsey Show and Something is Wrong podcast?
Lastly, do you know if you are using a VPN?

I have an Apple MacBook Air

I tried Ben Shapiro Show and True Crime Daily and they would not work.

Not sure about VPN???
