    <description>&lt;P&gt;I need help signing into my Pandora account.&amp;nbsp; I cannot create a new password,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and when I try, it is not letting me in.&amp;nbsp; Please help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I do not know what my original password was.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;And when I send in my request for a new password, Pandora says to look in my email box,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and nothing shows up not even in junk email folder.&amp;nbsp; This is getting tiring fast.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;Are you receiving any error messages? If so, what exactly does it say?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;How are you attempting to sign in? Are you using a Windows or MAC computer?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Web browser? If so, which one?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Or, are you using the Pandora Desktop App?&lt;/LI&gt;
