Desktop: App Icon for Windows 11

i am unable to create a desktop app icon for pandora. i downloaded it through the Microsoft store and cannot get it to create a desktop icon. it is becoming very frustrating that i cant seem to figure out how to make one. i am on widows 11 operating system.

Thanks for posting about this, and sorry for any frustration this has caused.

Have you tried dragging the app from the start menu? If not, you can find apps in the Start menu and drag them to the desktop directly from there.

yes i have tried that. i doesnt do anything. just gives the circle with a
slash thru it.
