Classical music tracks restart

Nearly every classical music track which is long (say 10 minutes) restarts after 8 minutes or so; reports BUFFERING and then goes back to the second minute of play. Is there a log I can turn on to capture this activity?

I noticed you applied the Desktop App label. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:

A Mac or Windows computer?
Or are you listening from our website? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?

Windows 10 using the desktop app ... all of the tracks that are affected are classical; I haven't looked for a long jazz track yet ...
