&lt;P&gt;Maybe &lt;STRONG&gt;white noise&lt;/STRONG&gt; would help you.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a sleeping disorder, I take medication for it, but i dont know what music to listen to to help fall asleep faster. I cant just lay down in silence lol... anything helps &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":butterfly:"&gt;🦋&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit (i made this post at 1 in the morning. I dont have anything to do on my phone cuz parent controls. Pandora is my only source of help smh)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
