iOS: Offline Mode toggle disappeared

I updated app and now option to turn on offline mode so it downloads stations is gone from settings. I have pandora plus, plenty if memory and deleted and installed app 2x. Tried signing out and back in.

In the first screenshot you sent, the Offline Mode toggle appears at the top of the screen.

To clarify, is that now missing?

I deleted and reinstalled and offline and offline mode are now showing but it’s still not downloading stations. I’ve toggled offline several times. Uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times. Checked I have plenty of memory and have latest iOS and current plus nembership

iPhone 15 pro

ios 18.4

422 gb free of storage
