iOS: App crashes

So with the constant crashing of the app, thumbs up (OFF LINE LISTENING), changing of stations when it finally connects again? What is going on with Pandora. I have also noticed that many songs are no longer available, so when something is no longer available I try and remove it. I am on my desk top and apparently it gives me the error something went wrong and I get stuck. This also happens when I am trying to skip something? Is something really going on with Pandora???

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble listening.

Can you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Is the app crashing when activating the offline? Are you having trouble seeing your thumbprint radio when offline?

Now, regarding the issue when trying to remove the songs that are no longer available, what does the error message says? Is this particular issue happening only on your computer, on another device, or across all platforms?

Can you tell me more about your devices please?

Are you listening from:
- A Mac or Windows computer?
- Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
Is there an error message?
- If yes, what exactly does it say?
- If not, tell me exactly what you see when you go to https://www.pandora.com

If it's happening on a device:

What is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
What happens when you open Pandora?
Is there an error message? If yes, what exactly does it say?
