&lt;LI&gt;Is the app still open in the background where you're able to press play and resume music or do you need to close and relaunch the app to continue listening?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you listening to a station, album, playlist, or podcast?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;When using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P data-aura-rendered-by="103:58685;a"&gt;Additionally, please provide both your iOS and Pandora app versions:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;iOS version: (Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; About &amp;gt; Version)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Pandora version: (Pandora &amp;gt; Profile tab &amp;gt; Settings gear &amp;amp; scroll to the bottom of the screen)&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In the meantime, if you haven't yet, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you). To do that:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL data-aura-rendered-by="154:56184;a"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Hold down the Pandora icon on your Home screen until all the icons start "shaking."&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Then tap&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;-&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;in the upper left of the Pandora icon, and confirm that you want to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Delete app&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Then re-install Pandora via the App Store on your device.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>iOS: Keeps buffering and won’t play</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Phone keeps buffering and won’t play any stations no matter where I am! They don’t have any trouble taking the monthly subscription fee though! &amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried everything I can think of to rectify:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;power on and off&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;shut down and left off for a period of time&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;reload app&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;Updated phone (iPhone 13 pro)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;toggle cellular on and off and make sure it’s the same in the pandora app&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;tried different stations&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;tried different times of the day&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;tried using WiFi in my home vs my phone data&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;tried Bluetooth vs plug in&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Nothing is working! I don’t want to cancel the subscription but nothing I do is working. &amp;nbsp;Any suggestions I haven’t thought of are appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
