iPhone 14 iOS 26.2 - buffering on cellular

Pandora will not play on cellular mode. I use the app in my car and do not have WiFi.

I tried the following:
deleted the app and reinstalled

powered down my phone

verified I had the lastest version of pandora

nothing works.

if it doesn’t start working I will be canceling my subscription!

Sorry to hear you have been experiencing trouble when listening to Pandora. Can you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

What is the make, model and year of your vehicle?
How is your smartphone connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux)
Is your vehicle equipped with Apple CarPlay?
Have you experienced this issue only when in the car, or also when listening on your phone outside the car?
What is the make, model, and carrier of your phone?
What exactly happens when you open Pandora?
Is there an error message besides the buffering? If yes, what exactly does it say?
