&lt;P&gt;I am confused that you ask for more information and debugging on our part when I believe this can be readily tested by Pandora.&amp;nbsp; I believe you collect plenty of telemetry and user usage.&amp;nbsp; Is there any progress on this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You mentioned this problem is present on your wife's account.&amp;nbsp; To clarify, is your wife's Pandora account associated with this community profile? Also, is this a shared account that you also experience this issue with on your personal devices?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To confirm, tap on your avatar located at the top right corner of the screen, and select Pandora Account:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When this issue occurs:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Is the app still open in the background where you're able to press play and resume music or do you need to close and relaunch the app to continue listening?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you listening to a station, album, playlist, or podcast?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data?&amp;nbsp;If using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Does this happen with any bluetooth speaker? Including car stereo? Or a specific device?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Does this happen also when listening directly from the phone? (not through Bluetooth)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;What is the length of the phone calls when this occurs?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
