&lt;P&gt;When this issue occurs:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;When you say the app closes, does it completely exit and you are sent back to your phone's home screen?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Is the app still open in the background where you're able to press play and resume music or do you need to close and relaunch the app to continue listening?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;I see you mentioned you are forced to re-download songs - are you listening in Offline Mode when this happens? If so, does the app also close when you aren't listening in Offline Mode?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are your downloaded tracks disappearing as a result of the app randomly closing? Or are they disappearing after you uninstall/reinstall the Pandora app on your phone?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you listening to a station, album, playlist, or podcast?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data?&amp;nbsp;If using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Are you using a Bluetooth connection?&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My app randomly closes, and now I have go to through each individual song and redownload them. I would like for them to stay there. It’s the most aggravating thing. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
