iOS: Deleted playlists still show in profile

Hello, I an attempt to clean up my account I deleted my thumbs up playlist. It is still available in my profile as a recent favorite but not in the playlist in my collection.
Next, I have 4 orphaned playlists in my profile. I no longer have those in my account and can’t delete from the profile.

Here are the bottom 4. I believe when I upgraded to family plan this happened

@Bigmanny Thanks for taking the time to report this, and I can definitely understand wanting to clean up your account and have everything display correctly.

My Thumbs Up playlist still appears under Recent Favorites:

Regarding your My Thumbs Up playlist appearing under your Recent Favorites, there isn't currently a way to manually remove items from that section of your profile. As you continue listening—especially to other stations, playlists, albums, or podcasts—new activity will gradually replace the older items until the deleted playlist is eventually pushed out of the carousel.

As for the four deleted playlists that are still showing under your Profile, I was able to confirm that this is a known syncing issue with Profile. If those playlists have already been deleted from your Collection, your account is behaving as expected, but your public profile hasn't fully synced.

I've passed this along to the appropriate parties for further investigation. We'll follow up with you if we need any additional details.

In the meantime, if you're looking for the current list of playlists on your account, I recommend viewing your Collection and filtering by Playlists, as that will reflect the correct list.

Adam, thanks for the response on the sync issue for the orphaned playlists. You misunderstood my main issue or i did not describe it properly. I do not have "My thumbs Up" playlist in "My Collection"-->"Playlists". It is not there.

I was able to add it back by searching for it.
