iOS: Pandora Won't Play Stations

Why is Pandora not playing on my iPhone app or Xfinity? I have tried restarting my phone and uninstalling the app. My iPhone software is up to date.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble listening across multiple devices. Could you provide a few more details about your iPhone?

Device & Generation: iPhone XS Max
Carrier:
iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)
Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?

You also mentioned Xfinity - it sounds like you're using your TV device when this happens.

Have any error messages popped up when listening from either device? If so, what exactly does the error message say?

Could you explain what's happening in more detail? The more information you can provide, the better I can help.

Are you trying to listen to a station, album, playlist, or podcast?
Are you having trouble starting to play the music? Does it start but then stop?
Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data? If using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off?
Are you using a Bluetooth connection?

Additionally, please provide both your iOS and Pandora app versions:

iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)
