Buffering on Iphone

I've had the Pandora subscription for more than 5 years, probably even more than that. Recently, my credit card was changed which resulted in my account being closed so I re-opened a new account. Ever since, I've had multiple issues with buffering (hardly ever before). Sometimes I can't get into any station or playlist; other times some playlists just won't run. I have deleted the app, turned off the phone multiple times, set it on Background App Refresh and Local Network, but still the problem continues. This is really disappointing - please help.

Sorry to hear about the trouble.

Could you explain what's happening in more detail? The more information you can provide, the better I can help.

When this issue occurs:

Is the app still open in the background where you're able to press play and resume music or do you need to close and relaunch the app to continue listening?
Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data? If using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off?
Are you using a Bluetooth connection?

Additionally, please provide both your iOS and Pandora app versions:

iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)
