Unable to dismiss notification symbol

Hello all. I have a simple free Pandora account. The app shows 1 notification all the time and I cannot figure out how to get it to disappear! I have opened the app and gone through the entire thing (my account/stations/messages etc). I find nothing yet the notification stays. I have turned my phone off and on and even reset the app. Any help? I'm sure it's a simple fix and this has been driving me crazy lol

You can find out more about the types of notifications we offer in this helpful article.

If this is a push notification, you can disable those from your iOS device.

Please use the following steps:

Open Pandora and select the Profile tab.
Open the Settings gear in the upper right corner.
Go to Notifications.
From there, you can toggle Push Notifications ON or OFF, and update the way they appear.

If you still have trouble, please provide the following info:

Device & Generation: (e.g. iPhone 5c, iPod 6th gen, iPad Air2, etc.)
Carrier:
iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)

If you're able to send over a screenshot, this would be helpful too. 📲

I've checked and tried the possible solutions and it looks like it is suggested to turn of the badge notification for this app within iOS notifications settings.

What if we do want the push notifications and correct or accurate badge counts on the app icon?

It seems like the feature is broken and your solution is to tell people not to use the feature. Is that correct?

If you'd like to receive push notifications, please keep them enabled from your end.

Could you post a screenshot of the exact notification you're seeing?

Also, please provide the following info as I may need to report this:

Device & Generation: (e.g. iPhone 5c, iPod 6th gen, iPad Air2, etc.)
Carrier:
iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)

I have a similar problem, I have the iPhone X I tried to upload a photo but the file size is too big. The notification is a small red circle with the number 1 in the center on the upper right of the Pandora app icon that you see before you open the app

I uninstalled Pandora and reinstalled it and it went away

Same issue here. I have done everything even uninstalled then reinstalled and the notification is still there helpppp

Im also having the notification issue. I have restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have an iphone 8. IOS is up-to-date. I have toggled notifications iff and on. Nothing resolves this. Help me! I agree with the OCD comment!

Yes!!! Please patch and fix. I’ve deleted app, reloaded, took notification and push off. Still shows. Get rid of notification please!!!!

Red bubble alert

I have a red bubble alert that will not go away. I reached out to Pandora and they advised to go on account to access from a computer and not which I did. I in fact did need to update my CC info but the bubble remains as if there is a notification. Just can’t seem to get it to go away.
