App crashes and skips songs

Sometimes it will kick me out of the app, and then won’t let me back in.

I tried shutting down my phone and then turning it back on. It didn’t work

not to mention if I’m lucky enough to get the app open and then I go to a playlist and hit shuffle, it will show a song start to play it and then skip it. It will do that with multiple songs at a time. What can I do to fix this ?
