Unable to Edit My Thumbs Up Playlist

Pandora no longer shows thumbs, just Collect, so can’t edit ‘My Thumbs Up’ station. I have songs on there from 2011. Swiping left and right doesn’t do anything. If I click ‘...’, it only shows the Collect and Download options, no longer the outdated Thumbs.

Looks like your Thumbprint Radio station has been deleted. Is this something you'd like to recover?

In the meantime, it sounds like you're referring to your My Thumbs Up playlist. You should be able to remove any tracks from that playlist by swiping.

If you haven't already, let's try out these steps to see if it helps with the issue you're noticing. I've enabled a trace on your Pandora account in case we need to report this over to our engineering team.

Yes, it’s the My Thumbs Up playlist. But when I try to swipe nothing happens. I’ve tried swiping on my other playlists and it works, but no on the My Thumbs Up for some reason.

And yes, my Thumbprint radio station is gone. I’d like to get that, please.

I've ensured that your Thumbprint Radio has been restored. If you don't see it yet, please refresh / restart the app.

Did you get a chance to try uninstalling / reinstalling the app on your iPhone?

I would recommend that you're updated to the newest Pandora app version (2008.1).

To update the Pandora app on your iOS device on iOS 13 or newer:

Open the App Store application.
Tap your Apple ID icon in the top right corner.
Scroll down to the Pandora app. If an update is available, there will be an Update icon.

If you're running a version older than iOS 13 on your device:

Open the App Store application and tap Updates in the bottom right corner of the screen.
If an update is available, an Update button will appear to the right of the Pandora icon.

Tip: If no update is available, it will say Open to the right of the Pandora icon.
