      <title>Offline content buffers or not available</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;iOS 13 using newest Pandora. Reinstalled today AGAIN. Plenty of storage and have good internet connection. Frequently use offline music. Will show it has downloaded fully but won’t play. Says buffering. Or it will says content not available.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Chat support was pointless. Everything he told me on email, I’ve tried. Disappointed with how this app has become nearly unusable offline or me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;mod edit: changing title for clarity&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
