&lt;P&gt;Looks like you've enabled complimentary sessions of Premium recently. The free sessions of Premium allow you to listen to songs on-demand after watching a short ad. Please keep in mind, listening to content on-demand is only a feature of Premium. You can find out more about how these sessions work &lt;A href="https://help.pandora.com/s/article/Pandora-Premium-Sessions-1519949303783?language=en_US" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;here.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Does this issue occur while you're in a session of Premium?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Or, does this happen when you're listening to your stations?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Have any error messages popped up? If so, what exactly does it say?&lt;/LI&gt;
