Could you confirm the exact device you're using?
Also, have you noticed any error messages when the music stops?
Are you using another app when this happens?

Sorry for the continued trouble. I've taken a look and it appears that you may be using an iPad device when this happens.

Looks like you're upgraded to Plus but you've enabled a complimentary session of Premium recently. Premium access sessions allow you to listen to on-demand content and will go back to your original Plus experience.
