iOS: Offline Buffering and Dropped Downloads

The app regularly buffers when in offline mode and randomly drops downloads, such as the first half of an album.

We only use offline mode in the car or while traveling, so the phone is reconnected to wifi every day. I have logged out of the app and logged back in, which helped for a couple of days, but then it starts again. This is incredibly frustrating, since there's not a reliable way to know what's going to work and not in offline mode unless I go through and re-download songs every time we leave the house.
