iPhone 16 update no longer shows my account and my password word isn’t recognized. Case Number 04319124

The account that shows is one that belonged to my daughter. She doesn’t know the password. Account was setup maybe ten years ago. Probably why my password isn’t working. My account is no where to be seen. How does this happen??
