Sounds like you're having trouble listening from your iOS device.

First, I would recommend running through our standard troubleshooting steps to see if this helps: iOS Troubleshooting

If you continue to have trouble, could you share a bit more about what is happening?

Are you receiving any error messages? If so, what exactly does it say?
What kind of iOS device are you using? (iPhone, iPad, etc.)
What happens when you attempt to listen from your device?

no , i put in my name and password and it stays blank
