iOS: Unable to thumb from lock screen with iOS 16

there was a brief time period where I could thumbs a song from my iPhone Lock Screen and then that feature was taken away. Can you bring this back or allow an option where users can enable/disable this feature based on preference. It is super annoying to have to unlock my iPhone every time I want to thumbs up or thumbs down a song. Makes me want to cancel my Pandora family plan and switch to another music service.

Our engineering team is aware of this issue with thumbs on the lock screen in iOS 16 and has reached out to Apple for further help in investigating.

We'll keep you updated in this thread as we learn more.
