iOS: App signs me out and removes downloads

This has happened about 4 times now with pandora over the years that my whole offline downloaded lists have just been wiped from my offline section. I go to use my offline mode and everything is completely gone. Why is this?

Can you explain your issue a bit further?

Did you recently sign out of the app, and then sign back in?
Did your downloads disppear after an app update, or did you recently uninstall/reinstall the app?
Or did your downloads just randomly disappear without any changes on your end?

The more details you're able to provide, the better equipped I'll be to help.

Pandora had signed me out for some reason, so I signed back in and everything was gone. No app update was done and no redownloading of the app took place.

I am also trying to redownload all my deleted stuff and it is taking very long to download a few songs as well.

@WHTJRD Thanks for confirming that with me.

Unfortunately, there isn't a fast way to get your content re-downloaded after getting signed out and having to sign back in.

This being said, they should begin to download automatically as long as you leave the app open and do not use any other apps at the time.

To track the progress of your downloads, you can sort your collection by All, and then tap on the Show downloads only slider - here's an example of how to do that:

This is getting ridiculous! I have re downloaded my stations and songs and now have been logged out again and all my stuff is gone! This feature or issue is crazy! Let’s fix this please

Thanks for your patience over the weekend, and sorry to hear that it happened again. Based on your message, it sounds like the app isn't staying logged into your account, which causes your offline tunes to be removed; requiring redownload of your content.

Device Details:

I'd like to gather your device information to share with our tech team. Would you mind providing more details?

Device & Generation: (e.g. iPhone X, iPad Air (3rd gen), etc.)
Carrier:
iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)
Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data when this is happening?
