iOS: Bluetooth controls no longer function offline

I can download songs but on IOS the controls on wireless headphones don’t work…no stop, pause, etc… Happens on Plus and Premium. Anyone else? I have to pay for another music app for offline listening.

Could you share a few more details about your experience?

Does this issue only occur in offline mode when using the Pandora app?
What is the make and model of your bluetooth headphones?
Have you tried re-pairing your wireless headphones to your phone?
