Hi @brownr7622

Welcome to community!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with one of your podcasts. Can you tell me more about your experience. For example, does the podcast not play, or skips without playing, or plays but there is no sound?

Also, does this only happen on your iOS device or do you have a similar experience on web as well

I was recently listening to my selected podcasts, when I went to listen to a prior cast the cast starts playing at the end or it blinks & continues playing what I had just finished listening too. It did this to me several days in a row now. I also checked & my app is currently up to date.

Hey, @Ravenwilliwick. 👋

Sorry to hear that your podcast listening sessions are glitchy.

Please try these steps to see if it helps with your listening experience:

First, I recommend rebooting the device by shutting it down entirely, then turning it back on and trying Pandora again.

++

If you're still having issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app (not to worry, we'll keep track of your profile and collection for you).* To do that:

Hold down the Pandora icon on your Home screen until all the icons start "shaking."

Then tap the tiny "x" that appears in the upper left of the Pandora icon, and confirm that you want to delete the app.

Then re-install Pandora via the App Store on your device.

*Please note: Pandora Premium and Premium Family listeners may need to re-download some of their offline content after reinstalling the app. Pandora Plus users, however, should receive that offline content again automatically. If you have any trouble with your offline stations after reinstalling, please let us know.
