iOS : Have premium, can't download podcast for offline listening

I have an IOS and cannot download podcasts to listen to offline. Can you help.

I can see that you originally posted on a different thread, but we created a new post for you on the iOS since the problem described on the original thread you posted on is a bit different and is for Android devices only.

Can you tell me more about this?

Are you trying to download the full podcast or a specific episode?
Does this happen with a specific Podcast or with any of your podcasts?
Do you have this issue with songs too?
Can you tell me the name of the Podcast(s) and the Episode(s) please? If they are a lot just give me the names of a couple of them so I can take a look.
